In DIVA Lingerie, we consider quality as our first priority and here is how we control the quality in every production:

1. Incoming Material Control:

We source fabrics and accessories from credible suppliers. Every lingerie item has its own file of labdips which we can use to check against incoming materials. 

 

2. Workmanship Control:

We hire experienced workers in the production line while our internal reward system directs workers' target from making more finished goods to making good quality lingerie on time.

 

3. Full Inspections Control:

When a finished lingerie comes out, it will be sent to the quality control team, who will check the key measurements, workmanship, untrimmed long threads. Goods failed to meet our own standards will be returned to production team for rework.

 

4. Packaging Control:

Packaging team will also help inspect the finished goods before packaging.
